投诉信函

Gentlemen,
      Many  of  our   customers  have  been  complaining   about  your  ballpoint  pens.They   are  clearly  not  giving   satisfaction  ,and  we  have  had  to  refund  the  purchase   price  on many  of   them.
      We  have  had  trouble  only  with   the  last  shipment .  The  pens  received  before  were  satusfactory   and  we  had  no  complain  from  customers.
     Please  check  to  see  if  there  was  an  error  in the  making   of these  pens. We   suggest   that  you  check   also  to see  if  they  are  being  packed   with  adequate   protection  for   shopping.
     We   have   1/3  gross  of   the   pens  left.  and  we had  like  you  to  send  a  new  shipment   at   once   to  replace them .  We   will  wait  for   instructions   from   you  before   returning   the  others.
